Monday: Crossfit Total = New PR

On Main Site SUNDAY 120219

Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

Deadlift: 160kg NEW RECORD 10kg up on last PR!!!!!

Back Squat: 120kg
Shoulder Press: 60kg (stayed safe with left shoulder)

TOTAL: 340kg/750lb
