Pull Up Clock

Tuesday WOD

Pulled neck muscle at the weekend training strict muscle ups :( so today was challenging. I had to ensure perfect posture, neutral spine, really opening chest. Will be interesting to repeat when i'm 100%

On Main Site SUNDAY 120108

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

11 minutes + 8 (63 pull-ups)
