50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Ran out of time and stopped 10 reps into the burpees. Time:18'39"

Thursday

On Main Site TUESDAY 120110

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Trained at home and boys woke up during the WOD, so was in and out of the house.
17.5 DB instead of the KB. Completed 10 rounds
